Safety and Work Conditions

Our cleaner’s safety and well being is of the up most importance to us. Climbing ladders; and/or lifting and moving heavy equipment, is strictly off limits.  These activities put our cleaners at risk of back injuries as well as increase the possibility of physical damage to your property.  Please move any heavy equipment (i.e. Oven, stove, and refrigerator) prior to the cleaner’s arrival if you want them to clean the areas they occupy.



Cancellations and Rescheduling

If for any reason you would have to cancel the cleaning appointment please let us know 24 hour in advance.  This will insure we can reschedule your cleaner for another cleaning appointment.  If we receive less than 24 hour notice, the full price of a three hour service will be billed to you.  Please do not leave cancellation information with your cleaner.  Please contact us at 416-742-0082 with any rescheduling and cancellation requests.



Payment

We Accept: Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Paypal, Cash or Cheques.  There is a $27 charge for any returned cheques.



Tipping

Tipping your cleaner(s) is not mandatory but is a great way to show your appreciation for a job well done.  An average tip of 5 to 10% of your total bill can go along way to telling a cleaner you want them back and appreciate their work ethic.
